FIND YOUR STYLESTEP 2 - LOVE & SHINE
All you need to do now is wait for your package and SHINE with it on your wedding day! We promise to ship 2-3 business days prior to your confirmed rental date to ensure you have it on-time. If you need urgent shipping, please contact us right after you place the order for us to have sufficient time to arrange your delivery. We understand that you may want to have your items with you when you try out your dress/makeup, so we have put together a try before you rent bundle. Check out how it works below. STEP 3 - RETURN OR OWN
After your wedding, all you need to do is simply pack everything (including the fabric bags and as much of the packaging as possible – we recycle them all!) back in the box they were delivered, stick the prepaid return label that came with the box and bring it to any DHL package station. You don’t have to worry about anything else, all the cleanings will be done at our end. However, if you love the little beauty that you rented so much and decide to own them, it is also possible. Check out how owning an item works below. Simply pack everything back in the box and send it back to us with the prepaid return slip A DAY after your wedding. It’s that simple! You don't even need to clean it before you send it back!
FAQSTEP 4 - SHARE YOUR LOVE
We are not saying not to buy the item of your dream. In fact, we are absolutely pro the idea of keeping something from your wedding as a memento. We simply prefer – “If you want it, rent it ; if you LOVE it then you buy it!” With this in mind, we have works in the plan to add “BUY IT” service for you ladies. But it doesn't mean you can't own the beautiful piece of accessories you wore for your wedding. If you do wish to own the items after renting them for your wedding, we are more than happy to let you do so, find out how you can do that by clicking the below button.
