SHIPPING COST 

Shipping is around €4.99 - €10.99 depending on which country within the EU. However, you can get free shipping when the total cost is above €40 within Germany and €60 outside Germany.

International SHIPPING 

As of now, we only deliver within the EU. The delivery costs for the orders above €60 are free for international shipping via DHL, return fee will be already taken care of. For deliveries abroad, duties, taxes and fees may apply, which will be the responsibility of the buyer.

DELIVERY TIME 

For rental within Germany : we will make sure that your order is sent at least 2 business days prior to your rental start date in order to arrive on your chosen date. However, this cannot be guaranteed.

For rental outside Germany : we will make sure that your order is sent at least 4 business days prior to your rental start date in order to arrive on your chosen date. However, this cannot be guaranteed. For purchase within/outside Germany: The delivery date will be 2-10 days depending on the country.

RETURN & WITHDRAWAL

RETURN TIME 

All accessories must be returned to us within 1 business* day after your rental period whether or not it is within or outside Germany rentals. *Saturday counts as a business day.

PENALTY 

Late return fee will be charged if you do not return the item on-time. This will be calculated as €50 each day. You will never be charged if DHL is at fault. If the product is damaged beyond repair when it is returned, then a penalty will be charged. This will be calculated as 100% of the retail price – this does not include the already paid rental and/or shipping cost.

WITHDRAWAL

Customers who have used our rental services have the right to cancel their contract within 14 days after they have placed the order – EXCEPT if your order’s rental start date is within 5 days from when you placed the order.

For customers who have made a purchase (exclude vouchers) have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. 

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear declaration to geliehene Schätze UG (Hennetalweg 31, 72070, Tübingen  OR hello@gelieheneschaetze.de) in the form of a letter sent by post / email of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose.
