It is the date you want your rental product to arrive. We would recommend you to set it 1-2 days prior your actual wedding date.  

We ship your product with DHL express with specify delivery date  to ensure that the beautiful products arrive on your chosen rental start date! 

It has to be returned to us 1 business day after the end of the rental finish date.  If products are not returned on time, there will be a late charge fee

All veils are cleaned professionally by drycleaner and all other accessories are cleaned and sterilization equipment safe to be used for baby's toys.

We understand that some of our products are quite delicate, so we will not charge you anything if damage is repairable. However, when the damage is beyond repair – i.e. there is a tear in the veil or wine stain which cannot be washed out, then you will be liable to pay the FULL RETAIL PRICE of the product exclude the rental & shipping cost you have already paid.
